1. Navigate to the Ticket Bot App
- Open Slack and check the left sidebar.
- Click on Ticket Bot (circled in red below).

2. Click “Raise a Request”
- In the Ticket Bot window, locate the green button labeled “Raise a request”.
- Click this button to start a new request.
3. Fill Out Your Request
- A form will appear, prompting you to describe the issue or request. (Choose whichever applies , usually “Get IT Help”)
- Provide as much detail as possible, including any error messages or steps you’ve tried.
4. Receive Updates in Slack
- Once submitted, all updates and responses regarding your request will appear in the Messages section of the Ticket Bot app in Slack.
- You can reply to updates directly in Slack to communicate with the IT team.
5. Track Your Request Status
- Click “View your requests” in the Ticket Bot app to see your open and closed tickets.
