Email Security & Faster Email Releases
Behind the scenes, email security is complex—balancing spam filtering while ensuring important messages get through is no easy task. It becomes even trickier when emails are forwarded from multiple domains that may have been marked as spam.
To ensure security, all incoming emails must be scanned before being allowed through. If an email cannot be scanned, it will not be delivered.
Here’s the Solution
You’re now in control of how quickly emails get released!
Starting today, you will receive End User Digest emails multiple times a day. These digests list emails that were blocked from delivery.
- See an email that got held up? Click the “Release” button next to it, and it will be sent to your inbox (this may take a few minutes).
- Missing a new email? Click “Request New End User Digest”, and a fresh report will be sent to you.
If you still can’t find an important email, submit a support ticket by typing
/assist in Slack or emailing
support@bigthinkcapital.com.
