1. Open the RingCentral mobile app.
2. Tap the phone icon in the bottom navigation bar.
3. You can leave the default Caller ID or select a new number in the From dropdown. You can also change your default Caller ID.

4. You can use the dialpad to place your call in a few ways:

• Begin typing a name or phone number to bring up a list of options. Find your contact’s name on the list, then tap it to make the call.
• Tap the Recents tab to see your recent call history, then tap on the name of the contact you’d like to call.

Tap the number keys to enter a phone number, then tap the green phone button to start the call.

Receiving calls

When you receive a call, you have two options:

• Answer : Tap to answer the incoming call.
• Decline : Tap to send the caller directly to your voicemail.
