How to create a rule in outlook online.
Go to settings
Click View all outlook settings
Click Rules
Click Add New Rule
Give it a name (I.E. New Deals)
Add a Condition (I.E. To ) Add a recipient (I.E. Newdeals@…..)
**Please note that if its an internal email you need to choose to not from**
Select an Action (I.E. Move to)
Select an existing folder or click new folder and make a new one
Click run rule now
- Click Save
